Beskrivelse
Scaramanga is super proud of this upcycled ‘fire bucket’ planter. Cleverly re-purposed from a round-bottomed hanging vintage metal ‘fire bucket’ which were sourced from an Indian army base. Originally the buckets would have contained sand and hung from wall brackets.
Upcycled ‘Fire Bucket’ Planter size (approximate): Diameter:28-30cm x H40-45cm.
The buckets are dia 28-30cm and have a height of 30-35cm. The stands are: dia 26cm and H33cm
This is a flexible piece – perfect for the vintage collector. If you’re not convinced about using the buckets for plants, why not consider using them as a waste paper bin, an umbrella stand, for tennis balls…the list is endless?
As you’ll see from the photos, each bucket is unique. Scaramanga has various sizes – each with slightly different levels of surface distressing and handpainted/stencilled graphics. If you spot a bucket you particularly like, then please let us know and we’ll do our best to reserve it for you.
These are old items, the stands have been hand-welded from re-cycled metal. The buckets have small marks and scratches which are consistent with their age and original use. These imperfections add to their character and appeal.
These planters are not water-tight.
